Overview of RoleWe are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to support a busy manufacturing team based in Redhill. This is a short-term role, likely to last 2 weeks, ideal for someone with hands-on experience who is available immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly of outdoor furniture using cordless drills and drivers
• Working from basic instructions to complete builds accurately
• Ensuring products are assembled to a good quality standard
• Supporting general shop floor duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Previous assembly or production experience preferred
• Confident using hand tools such as drills and drivers
• Good attention xbpsjku to detail
• Reliable and able to commit to full assignment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop environment
