An amazing school in Reading are looking for a Mental Health Assistant to join their team!
This lovely school cater for students who have a primary need of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) but with multiple co-existing needs. Many of the students struggle with communication needs, behavioural needs, social, emotional and mental health needs too. A great opportunity to gain experience with multiple needs across a variety of ages!
Your day to day in this school as a Mental Health Assistant will be varied, but you will be working with students 1 to 1, hands on, directly in the classroom, supporting them with their individualised intervention plans. A chance to make a difference where it matters most!
This amazing school are looking to appoint someone who is patient, kind, passionate about education and mental health as their Mental Health Assistant. They are looking for someone who is willing to make a difference.
