A supportive primary school in Brent, NW10 is seeking an Aspiring Educational Psychologist to work as a Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils with additional learning needs across the classroom and in targeted interventions.

Aspiring Educational Psychologist The Role
Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who require additional academic or emotional support
Support children with SEND, SEMH and behavioural needs
Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Build strong, professional relationships with pupils to support progress and engagement
Gain first-hand experience working alongside SENCOs, teachers and external professionals
Aspiring Educational Psychologist Ideal Candidate
A graduate with a Psychology or related degree
Clear ambition to progress into Educational Psychology, SEN or Child Psychology
Patient, resilient and confident working with children who need additional support
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
Able to commit for the full academic year
