SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking an Aspiring Behavior Psychologist to work in a special school as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate looking to build a career in psychology, education, or specialist SEN support.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work within a nurturing special school environment in, supporting pupils with autism, SEMH needs, communication difficulties, and other additional needs. This role offers excellent exposure to education in a real-world SEN setting.
You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to support pupils both 1:1 and in small groups. The Aspiring Behavior Psychologist will help implement behaviour support plans, emotional regulation strategies, and personalised learning activities across the school.
