What the role involves Full‑time ASDAN Tutor position starting ASAP

Planning and delivering ASDAN courses such as Personal Progress, Employability, Life Skills, or PSD

Supporting learners with SEND or additional needs to achieve accredited outcomes

Creating engaging, hands‑on sessions tailored to individual abilities

Working closely with support staff and the wider SEND team

What the school is looking for Experience delivering ASDAN or similar vocational/skills‑based qualifications

Strong understanding of SEND and differentiated learning

A patient, creative and motivating approach

Ability to track progress and maintain evidence for accreditation
