Who You Are:

You are calm, structured, and find joy in consistency and small breakthroughs. The ideal candidate will have:

Firsthand experience supporting autistic children or young people (in schools, respite care, specialist settings, or similar environments).
*

A clear, predictable communication style, with the ability to follow sensory profiles, routine-based strategies, and de-escalation techniques.
*

Deep respect for neurodiversity and a genuine commitment to safeguarding vulnerable learners.
*

An active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or full willingness to apply for one).
*

Two relevant professional references confirming your reliability and character.
