Hasmonean High School for Boys is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ASC Behaviour Mentor to support students aged 1318 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and behavioural needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate, particularly a First Class Psychology Graduate , to gain meaningful experience in a high-achieving, supportive school environment.
As an ASC Behaviour Mentor , youll play a key role in helping students with ASC access learning, build confidence, and regulate their emotions. Youll work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and pastoral team to deliver both in-class and 1:1 behavioural support.
Key responsibilities of the ASC Behaviour Mentor include:
Providing consistent, tailored support to students with ASC
Supporting classroom behaviour and routines
Running focused 1:1 or small group interventions
Helping pupils build social, emotional and communication skills
