Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Rate: £240 - £250 per day

The Role: Are you an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity? We are seeking a qualified professional to join us for an ongoing contract covering the London area.

This role offers the chance to work on a stable portfolio of residential projects. Your daily responsibilities will primarily involve conducting Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys on residential properties. You will also be required to accurately take samples of any suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) and appropriately document the properties, managing your own workload on a weekly basis.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

You must hold the BOHS P402 qualification. You must have a demonstrable post-qualification track record, with proven experience specifically surveying residential properties.
