Asbestos Surveyor – Leeds\nUp to £36,000 + Benefits + Company Vehicle\nLeeds and West Yorkshire\n\nGolden Fox Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading environmental and compliance consultancy seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across the commercial and industrial sectors.\n\nThis role is well suited to a surveyor who prefers working on commercial and industrial sites and wants to work within a structured, professional organisation with high technical standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264\n\n * \n\n Surveying commercial and industrial properties only\n\n * \n\n Sampling and recording asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)\n\n * \n\n Producing accurate, compliant survey reports\n\n * \n\n Working in accordance with UKAS procedures and health & safety requirements\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n BOHS P402 (or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n Proven asbestos surveying experience\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of HSG264\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\nInterested?
