Founding Engineer – Agentic AI infrastructure for mobile – Paris/London £80-100k

Who are we?

We’re an early-stage startup from a renowned fellowship, recently raised $4.1 million with a clear mission: help teams ship new mobile app features in a single day. Our platform lets non-technical teams design and deploy features without waiting weeks for engineering cycles. The impact is huge and we’re building at pace.

The team is small, 9 people, Founders plus four Founding Engineers, a Designer, a GTM Lead and a Videographer, we're Engineering led and fully in person. Our core tech builds AI agents that interact with mobile apps the same way browser agents interact with the web, automating workflows and speeding up iteration.

What you’ll be doing

• Working directly with the co founders on core product development
• Building and scaling AI, backend and mobile automation systems
• Rapid prototyping, experimentation and hands on engineering
• Helping define the technical and cultural foundations of the company

What we’re looking for

From a technical perspective, we’re looking for people with experience with the following:

• Early stage AI startup experience, ideally zero to one
• Developed, trained and deployed NLP models, including pre LLM approaches such as BERT
• Strong experience with modern LLMs and fine tuning, including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude and LLaMA
• Cloud and infrastructure tools: Go, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS
• Python based AI systems including PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Experience in AI engineering, infrastructure, SRE or mobile development is a bonus

Location

This role is fully in person, with a twist. We are currently based in Paris with a relocation to London set for September 2026. So you’d need to be able to join the team in Paris (we will provide accommodation and visa) and then move to London in September (visa sponsorship can be provided) – MSc in Computer Science or related field required for visa sponsorship.
