The Role

Teach Art & Design across KS3–KS4, with the opportunity for KS5 if desired

Foster technical skills in drawing, painting, sculpture, digital art, and printmaking

*

Lead enrichment opportunities such as the National Portrait Gallery competition, Young Artists Award, or Art Ambassadors scheme

*

Collaborate on whole-school cross-curricular projects linking art with environment, history, or identity

Candidate Requirements

Degree in Fine Art, Illustration, or Visual Arts with QTS

*

A commitment to inclusive, student-centred learning and celebrating diverse artists and practices

Ability to build student confidence through feedback, exhibitions, and peer critique

Passion for creative display, community artwork, or gallery trips
