The Role in Burnley In this role, you will move beyond rigid curriculum constraints to deliver Art in a way that truly resonates with students aged 11 - 16 years old. Creative Freedom: Develop schemes of work that include street art, digital media, traditional fine art, and sculpture. Focus on progress, engagement, and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) support rather than just high-stakes testing. Burnley Community: Join a team dedicated to supporting the local youth of Burnley and the surrounding Lancashire area. A strong portfolio or background in Art & Design. Experience (Optional): Previous work in an AP, PRU, or SEN setting is a bonus, but we prioritise character and craft above all else.
