We’re looking for a world-class Art Director / Snr Production Designer to help create and develop our International and local Radio Shows. This is a role for the visual designer, communicator, and problem solver who can deliver end-to-end design. The role involves art direction, motion and production design, and the creation of impactful and authentic Radio shows across EMEA and APAC.

Experience:

• Experience creating and leading the output of an editorial design product

• Passion for a wide variety of editorial and digital design

• Fluency across graphic design, typography, photography and illustration

• Experience in motion design

• Conceptual thinker who is strategically-centred

• Demonstrates command of visual and communication design principles

• Delivers highly-resolved works at the intersection of culture, music and design

• Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong illustration sensibility; sourcing, commissioning and briefing

• An understanding of motion and animation principles

• An ability to work on global teams, across time zones, date lines and traditional routine

• Education + Bachelor’s degree in Web, Graphic, Information, Communication design or equivalent.

• 5-7+ years relevant design or creative leadership experience required

• Experience in music, entertainment or agency/editorial is a big plus
