Alecto Recruitment is working with a well-established energy and power generation company who are seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of gas and power generation sites in the South of England.

Oversee day-to-day operations of gas fields, reciprocating assets, and gas peakers to maximise safe availability and electrical output. Provide efficient supervision, coordination, and guidance to area technicians. Conduct frequent scheduled site inspections and manage completion of outstanding jobs and H&S improvement tasks. Provide 24-hour emergency call-out cover and oversee out-of-hours trading alongside the Remote Asset Supervisor. Ensure site operations remain compliant with all relevant contracts, licences, and agreements. Supervise contractor activity, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
