They specialise in delivering full ventilation solutions across new build residential, social housing, local authority, housing association and commercial projects, working closely with consultants, contractors and developers from early design stages through to installation.The RoleDue to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to develop and grow business across the East Midlands East England region.This is a specification-led sales role, focused on building strong relationships across the construction and HVAC supply chain. You will be responsible for influencing projects at design stage, securing product specification and managing projects through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business and manage key accounts across the East Midlands East England regionBuild and maintain relationships with:M&E consultantsArchitects and specifiersMain and regional contractorsHousebuilders and developersHousing associations and local authoritiesSecure product specification on new build and refurbishment projectsWork closely with contractors and installers to ensure successful deliveryIdentify opportunities within social housing, retrofit and commercial sectorsProvide technical support and work collaboratively with the internal design and project teamsManage the full project lifecycle from enquiry through to order and deliveryThe CandidateWe are looking for a motivated and technically minded sales professional with experience selling into the construction or HVAC markets.Ideal backgrounds include:Ventilation, air movement, MVHR, HVACSpecification or project-led salesM&E or building services productsExperience working with consultants and contractorsYou will:Have a strong network within the regionBe commercially driven and relationship-focusedBe comfortable influencing at design stageBe organised and capable of managing long sales cyclesWant autonomy and the opportunity to grow a territoryThe Package£30,000 £55,000 basic salaryUncapped commissionCompany car or car allowancePensionCareer progression within a growing UK manufacturerWhy Apply?Growing and high-demand sector driven by sustainabilityOpportunity to work with an established and respected manufacturerAmazing earning potentialLong-term career opportunityIf this role fits your experience, apply now!JBRP1_UKTJ
