As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to manage and develop a well-established portfolio of clients across Scotland and the North of England.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across your region.
* Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customers.
* Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to wider business goals.
* Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide regular sales reporting.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
* Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B field sales (background in offsite construction, manufacturing, or modular solutions is a plus).
* Consultative sales style with strong customer focus.
* Commercially aware, strategic, and solutions driven.
