Join one of the UKs leading garden trade suppliers and inherit their top performing sales area. This vacancy has been created as a result of an internal promotion and offers you the opportunity to take a £1 million turnover area with 90 garden centre customers who are used to high levels of contact and support. Key responsibilities will include: Create and follow an effective journey plan that maximises customer contact. Build outstanding relationships within customers at all levels. Plan all customer meetings to secure top up orders, range extensions and space wins where possible. Adapt through each year to meet the opportunities for pre-season orders, terms negotiation, fixture changes, new ranges, in-season repeat orders and staff training. Communicate regularly with the National Sales Manager, Key Accounts Manager and Merchandisers. Report weekly against call plan and provide territory feedback.
