The role of Area Sales Manager

* As Area Sales Manager, you will be tasked with selling the companies leading range of electrical products.

* The Area Sales Manager will be required to win specifications with regional developers, national house builders (regional offices) M&E contractors, social housing / housing associations.

* You will be tasked with developing existing accounts (introducing new product lines) as well as opening new accounts and generating new specifications.

The Candidate - Area Sales Manager

* Construction field sales experience with strong soft skills

* Ability to manage short and long sales cycles

* Ability to prospect and manage accounts and develop a pipeline

* Full training and support provided

The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager

* up to £45,000 - £50,0000 basic dependent on experience (£50k if you have a wealth of relatable industry experience)

* £15,000 OTE - £20,000

* Hybrid company car

* 6% company contribution pension

* 25 days holiday plus stats
