Our engineering clients manufacture products for the construction industry and are based close to Havant, they have an exciting opportunity available for an Area Sales Manager to join their growing team.

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving regional sales performance, developing new business opportunities, leading and supporting the junior sales team, and maintaining a high standard of customer engagement.

The role will include a mixture of reactive inbound enquiries and proactive outbound activity to ensure you meet your target.

This role involves strategic planning, structured pipeline management, CPD development, coaching colleagues on higher‑value projects, and consistently representing the company with professionalism and expertise.

It requires a balance between working from the office and attending meetings offsite with customers and contractors.
