Are you a driven sales professional with a proven track record in the security sector? We're looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join our employee-owned business and play a key role in our continued growth.
About the Role:
As Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. Working independently and remotely, you'll develop and execute sales strategies that deliver results while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new markets and business opportunities within the security industry
- Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts from initial contact through to long-term partnership
- Prepare compliant quotes and sales contracts in line with industry regulations
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and contribute strategic insights to senior management
- Provide outstanding after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive market presence through innovative approaches and commercial awareness
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or Sales Executive within the security industry
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, often remotely
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with the ability to build compliant quotes
- Excellent commercial awareness and in-depth knowledge of the security market
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven personality
