In a Nutshell We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join our team within Vistry East Anglia, covering sites across the region and reporting in to our head office in Peterborough. As our Area Sales Manager, you will work with the sales teams across multiple sites to ensure the agreed sales targets and objectives are met through the effective management of people and activities in line with the Customer Journey. Motivate and support their teams to perform to the best of their ability and achieve the required performance mentioned within the KPI's below. We're seeking an ambitious and driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales performance across our key developments within the East Anglia region. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales leader to take ownership of a strategically important area, overseeing developments in and around Peterborough, extending down to the north of Cambridge, and supporting growth into emerging territories as we expand towards Norwich.
