The remaining 50% is spent with Small to Medium Housebuilders (typically 5–20 plots per year) There is minimal sales through merchants as the company can provide direct to the end-users. 80% Account Management – developing and maximising existing relationships and 20% New Business Development – identifying and securing new opportunities.The territory is currently underperforming, with strong potential for growth. Current turnover is approximately £970k, with realistic potential to reach £1.5m–£2m through effective account management and business development.
