Area Sales Manager Building Surveys

Job Title: Business Development Manager Land & Build Surveys

Area to be covered: South West & South Wales

Remuneration: £55,000 + £30,000 bonus

Benefits: hybrid company car & field sales benefits package
The role of theBusiness Development Manager Land & Build Surveys will involve:

Field sales position selling a high quality build & land surveying service

All of your time will be spent selling to end users such as; NHS trusts, Universities, Travel Lodges, British Museum and the High Street etc. as well as piggybacking other surveying business that offer a similar surveying service but slightly different applications

70% new business, 30% account management

Once up and running will be expected to turnover circa £1m

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager Land & Build Surveys with:

Must have technical consultative sales experience in the construction industry

Ideally from a services background however open to products

Ideally some form of surveying equipment or services background (not essential)

Wouldnt be right for a distribution sales professional

No job hoppers
