An effective and experienced Estate Agency Area Sales & Lettings Manager is required to oversee operations across residential sales and lettings across South East London and Kent: managing multiple branches, leading teams, and ensuring excellent client service. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales & Lettings Manager to lead multiple branches and help with the development of the local sales and lettings teams. Our client is looking for candidates who have strong experience in either Residential Sales or in Residential Lettings at a managerial level but who is ready to step into a more senior position. You will focus on driving sales and lettings growth, winning instructions, and supporting teams to maximise performance and client satisfaction and be an integral and pivotal part of a growing, recognised independent brand.
