The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients. The roleThe Area Operations and Support Manager role is a key role within the company as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area which will cover a number of sites within the East Midlands. Also, managing our Operation Support and out of hours team. Working as part of a successful team with other Area Managers in this key area of our business.Main ResponsibilitiesDuties will include:Leading and inspiring front line operational teamsMulti-site management via remote management meansVisiting sites and frontline team membersEffective management of the teamInteracting with customers/clients at all levelsCreation and management of budgets within financial parametersLeading training, development and people succession planningRegional Duty manager weekend cover (1 in 8 weekends)Manage, mentor and develop a team of Operational Support & Out of Hours staff to ensure efficient service delivery, fostering high performanceDriving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying best practices, managing projects and resolving operational pain pointsOverseeing daily operations & handling stakeholder communication ensuring alignment with business goalsFocus on service excellenceRequires strong data analytical skills with experience using data/KPIs to drive decisions, leadership and process optimisation Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem solve and work in a dynamic environmentThe ideal applicant will have a full UK driving license (essential) and ideally live centrally in the Leicester area and be able to manage sites across the area Interested?If you feel you have the skills and qualities to undertake this role, please click apply.We are an equal opportunities employer.JBRP1_UKTJ
