What You'll Be Doing: As Area Business Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of retail stores. Your focus will be on: Maximising sales, profit and income through strategic store management Requirements to visit stores on a regular basis Leading and inspiring store managers to deliver exceptional customer service and strong commercial results Ensuring consistent operational standards across all locations Managing budgets, KPIs, staffing, merchandising and compliance Identifying opportunities to improve performance, grow revenue, and optimise the retail estate Previous multi-site retail experience is essential and an understanding of the charity sector preferable but not essential.
