The role requires team and people management experience, alongside hands-on Architecture experience, ideally within Financial Services. £100,000 - £150,000 + Bonus & Benefits Package Essential Requirements: Experience working as a hands-on Architect (Solution, Product or Domain) Strong technical capability and experience working with large software teams Strong experience in people management and team management Experience working as an Architect within Embedded teams Experience working in Financial Services is desirable Experience with cloud architecture, event-driven architecture, or domain-driven design is strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Very strong stakeholder management skills.
