Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications * Undertake site visits to ensure compliance and high quality is achieved * Prepare tender packages, documents, and specifications * Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external team members

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Degree within architectural technology * Strong post qualification experience * Proficiency with Revit * Experience working across a range of sectors * Strong knowledge of UK building regulations * Job running experience * Strong technical skills * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
