Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

* Manage and deliver on residential projects from inception through to completion * Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications * Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance is achieved * Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Degree within architectural technology * Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice * Proficiency with Revit * Experience managing projects within the residential sector * Working knowledge of UK building regulations * Job running experience advantageous * Strong technical and presentation skills * Strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester area
