Architectural Technologist (Sports & Leisure Team)

Salary: £35-42,000 DOE

They are now seeking an Architectural Technologist with at least several years post qualification UK based industry experience to support their expanding Sports & Leisure team.

Daily Duties

* Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications * Deliver and coordinate construction packages for Sports & Leisure projects * Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients throughout all RIBA stages * Work within Revit/BIM environments to produce high-quality technical documentation * Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and relevant standards * Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections as required * Contribute to project problem-solving and technical decision-making * Assist in developing innovative and practical solutions during design and delivery

Ideal Candidate

* Qualified Architectural Technologist (CIAT membership preferred) * Strong technical knowledge and experience delivering medium to large-scale projects * Proficient in Revit and BIM workflows * Experience in the Sports & Leisure sector is highly desirable * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team * Confident managing deadlines and working across multiple projects simultaneously * Passion for high-quality design and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
