This is a great opportunity for a technically strong Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician to join one of Kent's most established and respected architectural practices, known for delivering high-quality technical packages and long-term client relationships.

Are you an Architectural Technologist or Technician who wants to join a stable, reputable practice where technical delivery is valued and your work directly supports project success? Are you looking for a long-term role with progression opportunities into Associate / Partner level?

This well-established architectural practice has been operating for over 100 years. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering projects in a consistent and trusted way, particularly within developer-led residential housing, alongside commercial and education projects.

Due to continued growth and workload, the technical team are now looking to bring in an additional Technologist/Technician to support project delivery across the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong Building Regulations knowledge, solid technical experience, and be confident delivering construction-level information. Residential experience would be beneficial, although commercial experience is also welcomed.

The Role:

Producing technical drawing packages in AutoCAD Working on substructure plans and detailed floor layouts Producing contractor-ready technical information for construction and pricing Working across multiple live projects with overlapping deadlines The Person:

Experienced Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician Strong technical delivery skills Understanding of UK Building Regulations Proficient in AutoCAD Residential experience desirable (commercial also considered) Must be commutable to Canterbury (no relocators)Reference: BBBH(phone number removed)
