Established in 2011, the practice has built a strong reputation for delivering clean, cohesive architecture in super-prime areas such as RBKC, Westminster, and beyond. Their portfolio includes mews houses in Notting Hill, townhouses in Chelsea, a basement refurbishment in Putney, and a full rebuild in Wandsworth.

Current projects include a Knightsbridge portfolio of high-risk buildings (HRBs) requiring Building Safety Regulator submissions, a 59-unit office-to-residential conversion in Chiswick, and a new-build private house in Market Mews, Mayfair.

Role & Responsibilities

To work on high-end residential schemes in London's most prime locations, project values range from £1million - £3 million pounds Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Vectorworks Preparation of tender information and construction documentation (drawings and NBS) Development of detailed and technical designs Work in both new build and refurbishment projects Work alongside other Architects in the studio, whilst your main responsibilities will be focused on all things technical Reporting to the Directors on your progress.Req...
