The studio has an established track record of delivering successful projects alongside leading national house builders and continues to benefit from a strong and consistent pipeline of residential work. The role of Architectural Technician will involve:
* Producing accurate, detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential developments * Working closely with architects, planners, consultants and clients to ensure design intent is delivered in line with regulations * Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and NHBC requirements throughout all project stages * Supporting and assisting junior members of the technical team where required * Attending project and client meetings, contributing effectively to discussions and coordination
The successful Architectural Technician will have:
* A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or a similar discipline * Demonstrable experience working with national house builders within the UK * Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD * Good knowledge of UK Building Regulatio...
