Chinese or Japanese language skills (written + verbal) are essential.

‍♀️ About You

• 1+ year post-Part III (or solid experience as a Part II)
• Fluent in Chinese or Japanese
• High-end or super-prime London resi experience
• Confident with AutoCAD, SketchUp & Adobe CS
• Detail-focused and self-motivated
• Excellent English communication skills
• Able to work in the UK without sponsorship

Your Role

• Develop tender & construction drawings, joinery details, finishes schedules
• Liaise with councils, inspectors, consultants & interior designers
• Manage junior staff and coordinate with consultants
• Prepare surveys, planning packages & technical documentation
