Architect / Experienced Part II Architectural assistant – Residential


Small, design-led practice | UK projects | Real responsibility

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

We’re working with a close-knit, collaborative practice delivering high-quality residential projects across the UK. Their work spans bespoke homes, extensions, and multi-unit developments, with a strong focus on practical, well-resolved design.

They’re known for navigating planning challenges, tight sites, and budget constraints while maintaining design quality. With a growing pipeline and supportive team environment, it’s a great time to join and have real input on projects and the studio’s direction.


The Role

  • Work directly with the MD – high exposure, real ownership
  • Lead and support across all RIBA stages
  • Deliver a broad mix of residential projects (extensions → multi-unit schemes)
  • Client-facing, hands-on, and involved in the full project lifecycle


About You

  • Architect or strong Part II
  • Proven UK residential experience
  • Confident running projects & dealing with clients
  • AutoCAD essential
