Our client is an ambitious and well-established RIBA Chartered architectural practice known for exceptional medium - large scale Residential projects. Our client is ideally looking for an Architect to work across RIBA Stage 4-6, with excellent Revit experience.

Key responsibilities for this Architect role includes:

Handle client relations while managing project budgets, schedules, and maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with consultants and contractors to integrate building systems and ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Ability to work as a larger team whilst also demonstrating autonomy. What we’re looking for in this Architect role:

Accredited Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture with ARB registration. Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in architectural practice with a track record of delivering successful projects. Skilled in Revit RIBA Stage 4 Experience in building envelope and construction documentation. Demonstrates strong abilities in design, communication, presentation, analysis, and problem-solving.
