Architect\n\nLocation: Cambridge\n\nSalary: £35-38,000\n\nA well-established and highly respected architectural practice, renowned for its thoughtful and sustainable design approach, is seeking an experienced Architect to join its welcoming and collaborative Cambridge studio. With a varied portfolio spanning education, healthcare, cultural, and residential projects, the practice is committed to delivering high-quality design, combining creativity with technical excellence.\n\nThis role provides the opportunity to play a central role in the design and delivery of a broad range of projects. You will work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors, guiding schemes from detailed design through to construction and on-site completion.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the preparation of high-quality design and technical drawings\nCoordinate design and technical information with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams\nSupport project delivery across RIBA Stages 3-6\nEnsure designs comply with current UK building regulations and technical standards\nCollaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary design environment\nAssist with design and technical coordination during construction and on-site stagesSkills & Experience\n\nARB-registered Architect\nExperience within a UK architectural practice\nStrong technical knowledge and construction detailing skills\nSound understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods\nProficiency in Revit and a good understanding of BIM processes\nExcellent attention to detail\nStrong communication skills with a proactive, collaborative approachTo apply, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
