As Aquatics Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing the Lifeguarding teams' performance, health and safety on poolside, coordinating wet side timetables, events and rotas and setting team targets. As a Duty Manager you will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Leisure Centre, ensuring a safe, enjoyable and quality customer experience. Ultimately, you will ensure all operations flow smoothly and help us meet our company goals.

You will also be a key holder for the building and therefore, will be responsible for opening and closing the site whilst on shift. Our sites are open from 6am - 10pm so flexibility with working hours is required.
