Working on behalf of our client, based in Crewe we are currently recruiting for an Approved Electrician on a permanent basis.

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in various systems and machinery, including fault-finding, rewiring, and monitoring.
• Install new electrical systems, including lighting, power, emergency lighting, and heating, to industry standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and testing to ensure compliance with manufacturer and safety regulations.
• Carry out electrical inspections, testing, and certification in line with NICEIC requirements.
• Supervise and support electricians, mates, and subcontractors on projects.
• Assess job requirements and coordinate the purchase of necessary materials.
• Work independently to identify and report electrical faults without direct supervision.
• Ensure all work meets the current IEE Wiring Regulations and relevant health and safety standards.
• Complete necessary paperwork, including work instruction forms, time sheets, and test certificates.
• Provide professional advice and assessments for customers.

• ECS/JIB Gold Card
• 18th Edition qualified
• 2391 Inspection & Testing
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• Commercial & Industrial Experience

• £42,000 per annum
