Van, fuel card, PPE & test equipment providedWorking pattern: 3-month contract with potential to extend | 37 hours/week | Immediate StartMonday to Friday, with the potential for overtime depending on workload and weekend requirements.Were seeking an Approved Electrician to join us to support compliance works across various industrial and commercial sites including quarries, breweries and NHS properties.Based from Exeter, this role involves travelling to field locations across Devon and Southwest England, carrying out inspection, testing and remedial works to help us meet demand.Mainly site-based, MondayFriday, with occasional weekend work during shutdown periods.Overtime highly likely as the client aims to maximise production.Travel across Southwest England.The role will Include:Hotels booked if staying away, with breakfast and £25 evening meal allowance.Van and fuel card provided.All PPE and specialist tools supplied.Direct-to-site roles.Pay: 37 hours standard, plus overtime as required.The Work Includes:Electrical inspection and testing to BS7671 standardsEmergency lighting and equipment testingRemedial works based on inspection findingsWorking to client scopes and safety proceduresDaily van-based travel directly to client sitesYoull Need:NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (Good to have but not a must)18th Edition (BS7671)AM2 (or equivalent full apprenticeship route)ECS CardStrong experience in fixed wire inspection & testing in commercial/industrial environmentsA positive attitude and ability to work independentlyFirst Aid qualificationAsbestos Awareness certificateA clear Basic DBS check within the last 3 MonthsWhat Youll Get:£27/hour via agency (Umbella or PAYE only)Van, fuel card, PPE & test equipment providedImmediate start with a well-established client baseKey support role to meet essential compliance deadlinesJBRP1_UKTJ
