Job Description
APPRENTICESHIP ASSESSOR & COMPLIANCE COACH – ELECTRICAL\n\nHours: 37 hours per week\n\nSalary: £36,108 – £38,216 per annum\n\n• Super organised and take pride in your work?\n\n• Keen to support the next ?\n\n• Qualified to a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical?\n\nIf you can answer yes, look at what we can offer and apply now.\n\nAs an award-winning college, we are looking for exceptional people like you to join our\n\nteam. We truly value our staff who have a key role in supporting and developing our\n\nstudents to achieve their goals.\n\nThis role involves visiting students in their workplace to check competency and quality\n\nof their work, while supporting them to build their onsite evidence portfolio. Your priority\n\nwill be to support students to achieve their full potential.\n\nIn a typical day, you will:\n\n• Visit the student’s workplace to observe them working on installations\n\n• Support them to complete their onsite portfolio of evidence.\n\n• Complete progress reviews with students and set them targets.\n\n• Liaise with employers, teaching staff & support departments to progress\n\nstudents through their apprenticeship.\n\nRelevant industrial experience is invaluable, along with experience of sharing your\n\nskills in an educational/training environment.\n\nYou need to hold a minimum of an NVQ level 3 in the Electrical Sector.
