From our beginnings in Reading in 1973, we’ve grown to 19 offices across Central and Southern England and South Wales, working with some of the biggest names in the industry. What You’ll Be Doing * Sourcing and attracting candidates using a variety of methods * Writing and managing job adverts * Screening, shortlisting, and presenting candidates * Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships * Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish * Managing compliance and pre-employment checks * Maintaining accurate records on internal systems * Identifying new business and candidate opportunities * Developing skills with systems, administration and time management What We’re Looking For * Strong communication skills * A competitive and driven mindset * Interest in sales and people-focused work * Good organisation and attention to detail * Willingness to learn and develop What You’ll Get * Level 2 or 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship (12–16 months) * Ongoing training, including REC-accredited learning * Clear career progression with fast-track opportunities * Monthly salary + bonus incentives * Supportive management and team environment * Regular performance reviews and development plans Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (35 hours per week, 1-hour lunch) If you’re ambitious, career-driven, and want to build a long-term future in recruitment, this is a great opportunity to get started with a market-leading company.
