Assisting in the preparation and cooking of dishes following set recipes and procedures Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards Supporting the kitchen team with stock rotation, deliveries, and general tasks Learning essential culinary skills under the supervision of experienced chefs Contributing to a positive, safe, and team-focused working environment Regular mentoring and support from qualified chefs Hands on experience in a busy kitchen Opportunities for progression within our organisation
