You will be supporting the Planning Officers with the effective planning and co-ordination of the repairs service. To maximised productivity, ensuring appointment are made and kept and right first time across our in-house operational resource. Sustaining a strong customer focus, ensuring service standards aremaintainedto increase customer satisfaction.
Whatyoullbe doingas an Apprenticeat Great Places.... Proactively manage repairs for in house operatives to maximise productivity and reduce/recover out of target jobs. Ensure appointments are made and kept within agreed service standards and KPIs, keeping customers informed with any changes to the schedule withina timelymanner. Schedule jobs based on priority, skill set, availability,locationand customer needs, utilising relevant contractors whenrequired. Update housing management and scheduling systems with accuracy in record keeping in real time. Point of contact for colleagues for repair related queries ensuring effective use of the telephony system for both inbound and outbound calls with a professional manner.
