Description We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Engineer to join our delivery teams and gain hands‑on experience working on live construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced engineers, develop practical skills, and build a long-term career in civil engineering. What you will be doing:
Supporting Site and Project Engineers with setting out, surveys and as-built records using modern engineering instruments
Learning how to work with materials, plant, temporary works and quality procedures on site
Assisting with health, safety, environmental and quality checks, method statements and risk assessments
Developing an understanding of project costs, testing requirements, and contract specifications
Building strong communication skills while working with site teams, supervisors and managers
What you will bring:
Good numeracy and measurement skills with a strong eye for detail
Basic Excel and IT skills and clear written and verbal communication
A positive, professional and eager-to-learn attitude
GCSEs, A Levels, T Levels or NVQ Level 3 (or working towards)
Full UK driving licence – essential
CSCS card (desirable)
