Sales and Marketing Associate (Mandarin Speaking) Location: London (St Katherine Dock) Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Support professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for property, and an interest in both sales and marketing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations — supporting our sales team with administration and progression, while assisting in marketing activities that showcase our brand and properties. Key Responsibilities:

Providesales administration support, ensuring all property files and documentation are accurate and up to date. Managesales progression, liaising with solicitors, agents, and clients to ensure efficient communication and timely completions. Assist withmarketing activities, including coordinating property videos, listings, and promotional campaigns. Support social media content, Chinese-language marketing materials, and client communications where required. Maintain CRM systems, prepare reports, and assist with general administrative duties.

About You:

Fluency in Mandarin and Englishis essential, both written and spoken. Experience in theproperty industry(sales or lettings) isrequired. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools. Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
