The Role You will work closely with Infrastructure and IT Support teams to ensure applications are secure, stable, and continuously improved, managing incidents, upgrades, fixes, and enhancements. The role also supports business change by partnering with senior stakeholders to translate organisational needs into effective technical solutions.
