We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our Money Market System Support team. This role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing a suite of banking and trading applications that play a vital part in the organisation's operations across EMEA.

You will work closely with business sponsors, IT teams, and global project groups to ensure applications remain modern, reliable, and strategically aligned. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional support for applications, ensuring continuous, stable, and efficient operation. Serve as the service owner, ensuring application availability, performance, and suitability for business needs. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications. Lead incident management activities, coordinating with users, technical teams, and external vendors.
