Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Executive to join our expanding Analytics & Insights team, reporting to the Analytics Manager. The team specializes in media effectiveness measurement, campaign analysis, and client communication to enhance brand value.
You will work with leading advertisers, including Airbnb, to leverage data and improve campaign performance by developing and deploying media measurement solutions. Effective communication with client stakeholders and task management are critical in this role. You will join an award-winning team with over 16 industry awards, including Campaign Magazine's Tech Awards for Agency of the Year, Best Use of AI, and Breakthrough Tech.
We provide comprehensive tools and resources to support your success, including training, access to Google Cloud Platform, and a global community of analysts and data scientists.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement media campaign measurement techniques such as Brand Lift Studies, Conversion Lift Studies, and Matched Market Testing.
- Deliver actionable insights to inform and improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate proactively with client teams and internal departments to implement measurement and analytics.
- Collate and report incrementality results from channels like Meta and Google.
- Evaluate and optimize the statistical robustness of measurement solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to interpret data and apply statistical tests.
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Physical Science, or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of media measurement through Meta/Google, especially brand lift studies.
- Experience in analytics, measurement, data science, or related fields.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to follow guidance within a cross-functional team, using tools like Jira, Trello, or Wrike.
- Experience presenting data visually in an engaging and insightful manner.
- Familiarity with SQL.
