They have a proven track record of delivery within the real estate sector and focusses on investment and asset management of commercial real estate across Europe. They seek to appoint a newly qualified accountant (ACCA /ACA) to join their notable Finance and Operations team. This is a very varied role working on commercial finance and fund accounting workstreams on their Flagship Funds; which require an entrepreneurial, hard-working and growth mindset.

THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS for the Analyst Fund Accounting position:

Overseeing timely, accurate management accounts for SPVs and fund consolidation in local GAAP and US GAAP reporting. Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, income statements and cashflow statements accordingly for SPVs. Managing the business cashflow and optimising working capital requirements for each SPV.
